While 2019 presented somewhat challenging market conditions and the impact of a Federal Election, there were also opportunities for real estate agencies that focused on results for customers.
We continually strive to put the interests of our customers first, so, throughout the year we kept a sharp eye on rapidly responding to tenancy maintenance requests; supporting buyers in the search for their next home, keeping Landlords informed and arrears at record lows, and of course negotiating the strongest possible prices for our clients who were selling.
None of this happens without strategic planning, staff training, and a commitment to maintaining industry leading systems and technologies. However, we’re also mindful of the fact that real estate is a people business. It’s all about relationships.
So, while we will always leverage technologies that enable us to deliver the most responsive customer service, we will never hide behind computers, artificial intelligence, or machine learning that would separate us from the essence of property services – our customers.
